近年来肺结核的发病率呈明显上升趋势，有调查表明［１］，综合医院有些内科医生对结核病的基本知识认识不足，故常常误诊。现将我院１９９３～１９９７年间３２例肺结核的误诊情况加以分析，旨在进一步加强对肺结核的认识及早期诊断并实施正规治疗。临床资料 １ 病例来源
In recent years, the incidence of tuberculosis showed a clear upward trend. Some surveys have shown that some general practitioners in general hospitals do not know enough about the basic knowledge of tuberculosis and are therefore often misdiagnosed. Now my hospital from 1993 to 1997, 32 cases of misdiagnosis of tuberculosis be analyzed to further strengthen the understanding of tuberculosis and early diagnosis and implementation of formal treatment.
