我局于1993年12月份开通5ESS-2000程控交换机，在调测中发现与人工台配合上出现两种不正常现象，一是人工入中继60秒掉号。二是人工出中继监视灯不亮。对此，我们经过反复试验并请教有关人员，使问题得以解决具体做法是：
