本文介绍的复合交联型无毒芯砂(简称复交砂),是用JD-1型复合交联型高分子粘结剂(简称复交粘结剂)配制而成。本文阐明了复交粘结剂的基本特性及硬化机理,讨论了复交砂的工艺性能。经实际应用,证实了该芯砂除了能改善环境保护外,还具有发气量低及溃散性好等特点,铸件内腔表面光洁、尺寸精确、清理容易,能取代油砂,特别适用于有色合金铸件水腔、流道等复杂内腔的制芯。
This paper describes the cross-linked non-toxic core sand core (referred to as the complex sand), is the use of JD-1 type of cross-linked polymer binder (referred to as the complex adhesive) formulated. In this paper, the basic characteristics and curing mechanism of the compounding binder are elucidated. The technological properties of the compounding sand are discussed. The practical application proves that the core sand not only can improve the environmental protection, but also has the characteristics of low gas evolution and good collapsibility. The surface of the casting cavity is smooth and clean, the size is accurate, the cleaning is easy, the oil sand can be replaced, and the alloy is especially suitable for the non-ferrous alloy Casting water cavity, runner and other complex cavity system core.
