黄瓜白粉病(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)是黄瓜主要病害之一。近年来,随着保护地生产发展,为害越来越严重,一般减产11-20%,严重的达50%以上。1983-1984年,我们和中国农科院原子能所农抗组协作,进行了生物农药Bo-10防治黄瓜白粉病试验。 Bo-10是中国农科院原子能所农抗组,从福建省武夷山区采集的土壤中分离出的一种链霉菌。根据菌株形态及生理生化的研究、鉴定,定名为:不吸水链霉菌武夷变种(Streptom-yces ahygroscopicus var.wuyiensis)。经过两年在保护地上使用,在发病初期,稀释150~200倍(即50-75单位),防效达90%以上。
Sphaerotheca fuliginea is one of the major cucumber diseases.
