作者认为,造成再热裂缝的根本原因是,由于晶界高温强度的不足。本文介绍了按恒应变应力松弛原理设计的再热裂缝试验机,测定了Cr—Ni—Mo—V系高强钢抗再热裂缝的倾向。文章还论述了所测钢种的再热裂缝敏感性倾向的判据和合金元素对再热裂缝的影响。指出Cr、Mn含量的增加有利于提高Cr—Ni—Mo—V系钢的抗再热裂缝性能。
The author believes that the root causes of reheat cracks, due to the lack of high temperature strength of grain boundaries. In this paper, the reheating crack tester designed according to the principle of constant strain and stress relaxation was introduced. The tendency of anti-reheating crack of Cr-Ni-Mo-V high strength steel was measured. The article also discusses the criterion of susceptibility to reheat cracking of the tested steel and the effect of alloying elements on reheat cracking. It is pointed out that the increase of Cr and Mn content is beneficial to the anti-reheat crack resistance of Cr-Ni-Mo-V steel.
