浙北引水工程是解决浙北杭嘉湖地区优质水紧缺矛盾,促进当地社会经济可持续发展的战略性工程。当前浙江省正在深入研究优化浙北水资源配置的浙北引水工程方案。本文仅通过对投资相对较大的新安江引水方案带来的嘉兴市居民用水户水费支出影响以及水价调整比较等方面的研究,分析嘉兴市居民生活用水水价承受能力。
North Water Diversion Project is a strategic project to solve the contradiction between the high quality water in the northern part of Hangzhou and Jiaxing-Huzhou in the north of Zhejiang Province and promote the sustainable development of local society and economy. At present, Zhejiang Province is studying in depth the plan for optimizing water resources in North Zhejiang and the North Zhejiang diversion project. This paper analyzes the affordability of domestic water price in Jiaxing City only through the research on the influence of the water fee expenditure of Jia-Xin residents and the comparison and adjustment of water price brought by the relatively large-investment Xin’anjiang diversion project.
