目的:观察中药酸浆对致敏小鼠肠道过敏反应的影响,探讨用于治疗儿童食物过敏的有效药物。方法:应用卵清蛋白制备小鼠肠道过敏模型;灌服不同浓度的酸浆水提物,观察小鼠外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数、小肠组胺含量、肥大细胞完整率,以及肠道上皮细胞结构的变化。结果:高、中浓度酸浆水提物能够明显降低外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数;抑制小肠组织组胺的释放,减轻肥大细胞聚集和脱颗粒现象,提高肥大细胞完整率;可使小肠上皮细胞已炎变的结构基本恢复正常。结论:酸浆对小鼠肠道过敏反应具有明显的治疗作用;酸浆用于治疗儿童食物过敏可能有较好的疗效,具有较高的临床研究价值。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Chinese traditional Chinese medicinal broth on intestinal hypersensitivity in sensitized mice and to explore effective drugs for treating food allergies in children. METHODS: Mouse intestinal allergic models were prepared by using ovalbumin; mice were fed with different concentrations of acid aqueous extracts to observe peripheral blood eosinophil count, intestinal histamine content, mast cell integrity, and intestinal epithelium. Changes in cell structure. RESULTS: High and middle concentrations of acid aqueous extracts significantly reduced eosinophil counts in the peripheral blood; inhibited histamine release in the small intestine, reduced mast cell aggregation and degranulation, and increased mast cell integrity; and enabled intestinal epithelial cells The inflammatory structure has basically returned to normal. Conclusion: Physalis has an obvious therapeutic effect on mice’s intestinal allergic reaction. Physalis can be used for the treatment of food allergies in children. It may have good curative effect and has a high clinical value.
