有机氯农药为一类化学性质稳定,脂溶性强,高残留的农药,在人体中易于蓄积。为此,世界各国对有机氯农药在人体脂肪、血液、乳汁中的残留作为环境食物污染的重要指标之一。在对我省主付食品有机氯农药残留量调查的基础上,最近我们又在广州地区进行了人乳中六六六,DDT 残留量的调查,结果如下。
Organochlorine pesticides as a class of chemical stability, fat soluble, high residual pesticides, easy to accumulate in the human body. Therefore, all the countries in the world regard the residues of organochlorine pesticides in human body fat, blood and milk as one of the important indicators of environmental food contamination. In our province on the basis of food poisoning organochlorine pesticide residues on the basis of survey, recently we conducted in Guangzhou, human milk HCH 66, DDT residues survey, the results are as follows.
