铁路在国民经济中的地位和作用,决定了铁路工会教育应该突出安全教育。铁路基层站段连续作业、岗点分散、工序相连、“窗口”位置和条件艰苦等特点,决定了工会教育必须强化安全教育。
The status and role of railways in the national economy have determined that education in railway trade unions should highlight safety education. The continuous operation of the grassroots railway stations, the scattered spots and the connection of work processes, the “window” position and difficult conditions determine that trade union education must strengthen safety education.
