现代航空的安全建立在三个方面的基础之上,一是现代科技的技术保障;二是现代系统管理的管理水平;三是高水平的训练手段所培育的高素质团队。了解了这些就会对现代航空的安全性有一个基本认识。本文的关注点是民用航空的着陆安全,但对这个问题的论述依然脱离不了对上述三个方面的深入解析。
The security of modern aviation is based on three aspects. One is the technical guarantee of modern science and technology. The other is the management level of modern system management. The third is the high-quality team nurtured by high-level training methods. Understanding these will have a basic understanding of the safety of modern aviation. This article focuses on the safety of civil aviation landing, but the discussion of this issue is still inseparable from the above three aspects of in-depth analysis.
