甲状旁腺激素(PTH)分泌被β-肾上腺素能制剂所刺激,且其作用被心得安所阻滞。于尿毒症病人滴注心得安可见到抑制PTH分泌。回顾性研究已经提示用β受体阻滞剂对血液透折的病人进行治疗,可对继发性甲旁亢的发生起保护作用。作者报告一前瞻性研究结果,即对血液透折病人观察口服心得安对血浆PTH的长期作用。作者研究作血液透折的4例男性,5例女性患者,年龄12~68岁。不给予维生素D和氢氧化铝制剂,先测定空腹血浆钙、磷和免疫活性甲状旁腺激素(iPTH),然后给予心得安口服。7例给予40mg每天2次,2例因体重在45kg以下给20mg,每天2次。治疗前注入异丙肾上腺素心率均明显增加,提示β受体可被兴奋。上述血钙、磷及iPTH测定在给予心得
Parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion is stimulated by β-adrenergic agents and its effect is blocked by propranolol. In patients with uremia instillation Ann can be seen inhibiting PTH secretion. Retrospective studies have suggested that the use of beta-blockers in the treatment of hemodialysis patients may play a protective effect on the occurrence of secondary hyperparathyroidism. The authors report a prospective study that observed the long-term effect of oral propranolol on plasma PTH in hemodialysis patients. The authors studied four cases of hemodialysis men, five cases of female patients, aged 12 to 68 years. Not given vitamin D and aluminum hydroxide preparations, first determination of fasting plasma calcium and phosphorus and immune activity of parathyroid hormone (iPTH), and then give peace of mind oral. 7 cases given 40mg twice daily, 2 cases of weight below 45kg to 20mg, 2 times a day. Injecting isoproterenol before treatment, heart rate were significantly increased, suggesting that beta receptors can be excited.
