本文利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和原子吸收分光光度法测定了中药水蛭中所含十余种微量元素,并用氨基酸分析仪对它所含的氨基酸进行了鉴定及含量测定。
In this paper, more than ten kinds of trace elements contained in the traditional Chinese medicine Medicago sinensis were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the amino acids contained in it were identified and measured by amino acid analyzer.
