Currently, in the radical mastectomy of esophageal cancer, Robertshow dual-lumen double-lung ventilation application significantly improved the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer, reflecting its clinical value [1]. This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 19 patients who underwent radical neoplasty in our hospital in recent years and summarized the application experience of Robertshow double lumen tube single lung ventilation. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data May 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital surgical treatment of upper esophageal cancer in 19 cases, 9 males and 10 females, aged 49 to 77
