为探讨烟田翻压绿肥对烟叶品质的影响,尤其是对烟叶常规化学成分和致香成分的影响,以绿肥黑麦草不同翻压量(7 500、15 000、22 500、30 000 kg/hm2)为基础,具体研究不同黑麦草绿肥翻压量对烤后烟叶常规化学成分、有机酸成分、中性致香成分含量的影响。结果表明:烟田翻压绿肥能使烤后烟叶常规化学成分更加协调,使酸性致香成分和中性致香成分总含量增加。翻压绿肥各处理对烟叶品质的改善均有较好的效果,但翻压绿肥必须注意量的控制,从常规化学成分的变化来看,翻压量22 500~30 000 kg/hm2效果较好,从中性致香成分和酸性致香成分来看,翻压量7 500~15 000 kg/hm2效果较好。
