目的测定锦珠颗粒药液体外抗菌的药效。方法钢管法体外检测抑菌活性,二倍稀释法检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果锦珠颗粒药液除对白念珠菌无抑菌作用外,对其它四种菌均有不同程度地抑制作用,其抑菌能力由大到小依次为绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌。结论锦珠颗粒药液对绿脓杆菌有效抑菌为0.7324原生药/m L,杀菌浓度为11.72 mg原生药/m L;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色葡萄球菌的杀菌浓度为23.44 mg原生药/m L。
Objective To determine the antibacterial efficacy of Jinzhu granules liquid in vitro. Methods The antibacterial activity of steel tube was tested in vitro. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by double dilution method. Results In addition to the antibacterial activity of Candida albicans, Jinzhu granules liquid could inhibit the other four kinds of bacteria to varying degrees. The bacteriostasis ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusions The effective antibacterial activity of Jinzhu Granule liquid against Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 0.7324 mg / m L, and its bactericidal concentration is 11.72 mg / ml. The bactericidal concentration of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus is 23.44 mg Primary drug / m L.
