近一段时间,国内省、市、县际间的考察活动呈现出一波又一波热潮。考察归来,将所见所闻所思所想联系实际进行细细梳理,也成为一些领导干部一项新的课外作业。本期刊登这篇考察心得,旨在引起更多的地方政府部门注意,真正把实地考察作为提高领导干部执政能力的一项重要举措来抓;把个人考察报告作为一项硬性的考核指标来完成,以此倡导更加求真务实的作风,通过动腿之后的动笔,更具理性地探求本地崛起的破题之策。
