上海柴油机厂曲拐机加工生产自动线建成于1960年,是全国自力更生最早投产的自动线之一.由于该厂二十多年来抓紧不放,边用边改,去年在已取得的经验上,对该线又作了彻底的改造,效果显著.二十多年来,全国各地建造了不少机加工自动线,但运转正常的不多,有的甚至废弃不用。其原因是多方面的:有的因为产品设计变更;有的因产品产量根本没有达到建立生产自动线的条件,当时也一轰而上;有的生产自动线没有经过周密的设计考虑,勿促上马,建成后带有根本性缺点,无法使用。但也有不少生产自动线只是由于某些非根本性的缺点或是控制元件的质量问题,使用时故障较多,维修费时,认为还不如按老方法生产方便、保险,把自动线搁置起来。我们希望这样的自动线能够针对存在的问题,不断加以改进,使之正常投产。上海柴油机厂为这方面提供了良好的例子.全国这样的例子还不少,希望大家提供经验,进行交流,使已投入的资金得到很好利用.
