本文总结了我院1972年～1989年8月底307例急性白血病,就其发病、临床及实验室特点进行了分析。其中1972年～1980年底完全缓解率(CR)21.04％,1981年～1989年8月CR44.25％,CR有逐年增高趋势。同时重点讨论了治疗策略与CR及长期生存的关系。
This article summarizes the 307 cases of acute leukemia in our hospital from 1972 to the end of August, 1989, and analyzed its incidence, clinical and laboratory characteristics. The complete remission rate (CR) of 21.04% from 1972 to the end of 1980, CR44.25% from 1981 to August 1989, CR increased year by year. At the same time, it focuses on the relationship between treatment strategy and CR and long-term survival.
