去年,中央先后出台了“5+1”文件。作为党委组织部门,要把“5+1”文件作为深化干部人事制度改革的工作指南,努力在提升干部选用的竞争力、选任决策的公信力、监督约束的执行力和日常管理的约束力上下功夫,全面推进干部人事工作的科学化、民主化、制度化进程。一、拓宽选人视野,不断提升选人用人的竞争力公开选拔、竞争上岗是干部选拔任用制度改革的重要成果。实践证明,公开选拔和竞争上岗对拓宽选人视野,扩大干部工作中的民主,促进优秀人才脱颖而出,起到了积极作用。为多渠道、多途径选人用人,增强 Last year, the central government successively issued the document “5 + 1 ”.
