Strengthening foreign language teaching is an integral part of enhancing the scientific and cultural qualities of the entire Chinese nation. With the development of education in our region, the enhancement of English teachers and the improvement of economic conditions year by year, our district started English classes in the fourth grade of experimental primary schools in all counties and cities in the whole region since autumn 1998.
