目的:观察饮食改变对大鼠胰岛素敏感指数的影响及其相关因素。方法:成年W istar雄性大鼠40只,分为高脂组及正常对照组,分别测定体重、甘油三酯、一氧化氮、内皮素-1、游离脂肪酸、基础胰岛素,行相关性分析。结果:高脂组大鼠体重、血糖、基础胰岛素、内皮素-1、游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯均高于对照组,一氧化氮水平则低于对照组,相关分析显示胰岛素敏感指数与葡萄糖输注率正相关,与一氧化氮正相关,与内皮素-1、游离脂肪酸负相关。结论:可以通过胰岛素敏感指数来评价胰岛素抵抗的发生及程度。
Objective: To observe the effect of dietary changes on insulin sensitivity index in rats and its related factors. Methods: Forty adult Wistar male rats were divided into high fat group and normal control group. Body weight, triglyceride, nitric oxide, endothelin - 1, free fatty acid and basal insulin were measured respectively. Results: The body weight, blood glucose, basal insulin, endothelin-1, free fatty acid and triglyceride in hyperlipidemic rats were significantly higher than those in control group, while the levels of nitric oxide were lower in hyperlipidemic rats. Correlation analysis showed that insulin sensitivity index A positive correlation was noted, with a positive correlation with nitric oxide, negatively correlated with endothelin-1 and free fatty acids. Conclusion: The incidence and extent of insulin resistance can be assessed by insulin sensitivity index.
