经济的发展使得社会对专业型、实用型人才的需求量越来越大,这对教育教学工作提出了更高的要求,高职院校应当顺应时代发展趋势,对酒店管理专业进行必要的改革,使学生的实际应用能力能够得到有效的提升,教师应当意识到培养应用型人才的意义,并对教学活动进行调整。文中将对告知酒店管理专业培养应用型人才的意义进行分析,并提出构建应用型人才培养模式的方法。
