评价颈痛宁颗粒剂治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效、适应性、安全性和使用注意事项。按中药新药审批办法，对420例颈椎病（神经根型），中医辨证为血瘀气滞，脉络闭阻者，用颈痛宁与颈复康进行临床比较，从临床疗效以及疼痛、压痛、麻木、压顶试验等症状和体征分析．两者经统计学处理有显著性差异，证明颈痛宁在治疗神经根型颈椎病优于颈复康。颈痛宁无毒副作用，是一种治疗神经根型颈椎病较好的药物。
