本文在简述协同视角下竞争情报联盟构建的前提下,从联盟构建与运行过程的角度,提出了竞争情报联盟运行的动力机制、控制协调机制、情报共享机制和支持保障机制,通过这四个机制的共同作用,维持竞争情报联盟正常有序运行。
Based on the brief description of the construction of competitive intelligence alliance under the synergy perspective, this paper proposes the dynamic mechanism, the control coordination mechanism, the intelligence sharing mechanism and the supportive safeguard mechanism of the competitive intelligence alliance operation from the perspective of the construction and operation process of the alliance. Mechanisms to maintain the normal and orderly operation of the Alliance for Competitive Intelligence.
