目的了解大连市医疗机构消毒与灭菌工作现状,为提高医院消毒管理质量提供依据。方法采用现场采样检测方法,对大连市43所不同类型医院消毒质量进行监测。结果连续4年共采集不同消毒对象标本3 243份,平均合格率为88.7%。2009-2012年各年度合格率依次为87.0%、86.2%、92.3%和87.9%。各监测项目中,灭菌物品和压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率均为100.0%;室内空气、注水瓶水和湿化液合格率均在70%左右;其他监测项目合格率均超过80%。结论大连市医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量整体较好,有部分监测项目合格率较低,有待改进和提高。
Objective To understand the current status of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Dalian and to provide basis for improving the quality of hospital disinfection management. Methods On-site sampling and testing methods were used to monitor the disinfection quality in 43 different types of hospitals in Dalian. Results A total of 3 243 samples of different disinfection objects were collected for 4 consecutive years with the average pass rate of 88.7%. The pass rates for each year from 2009 to 2012 were 87.0%, 86.2%, 92.3% and 87.9% respectively. In all monitoring items, the pass rate of sterilized articles and pressure steam sterilizer was 100.0%. The passing rate of indoor air, water bottle and wetting liquid were all around 70%. The passing rate of other monitoring items exceeded 80%. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Dalian is good, and some of the monitoring projects have a low qualification rate, which needs to be improved and improved.
