为研究饮用水中影响食管癌高发的主要因素,于2012年3月对伊犁地区食管癌高发区居民饮用水中“三氮”(氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮)、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cd、Pb和Se的含量进行检测,并利用因子分析法进行分析。结果显示,共提取出4个公因子,第一因子为“三氮”因子;第二因子为“抗氧化”因子;第三因子为“免疫毒性”因子;第四因子为“遗传损伤”因子。4个因子的累积贡献率为78.69%。提示“三氮”因子可能与该地区食管癌高发有关。
In order to study the main factors influencing the high incidence of esophageal cancer in drinking water, the author studied the effects of drinking water on drinking water, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, drinking water of residents in high incidence area of esophageal cancer in Ili region in March 2012, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Pb and Se were detected and analyzed by factor analysis. The results showed that four common factors were extracted, the first factor was “three nitrogen” factor; the second factor was “antioxidant” factor; the third factor was “immunotoxicity” factor; the fourth factor For “genetic damage” factor. The cumulative contribution rate of 4 factors is 78.69%. Tip “three nitrogen ” factor may be related to the high incidence of esophageal cancer in the region.
