《中国海上油气(地质)》编委会1990年度会议于90年12月21日—22日在湛江南海西部石油公司召开。会议由编委会副主任龚再升主持。参加会议的编委共18位,因故缺席6位。会议前,中国海洋石油总公司副总经理陈炳骞和中国海洋石油总公司原总经理秦文彩同志会见了与会编委,并讲了话。他们希望把《中国海上油气》杂志办好,为海洋石油勘探开发科学技术的发展做出贡献。
The 1990 Annual Meeting of Editorial Board of China Offshore Oil and Gas (Geology) was held on the 21st and the 22nd of December 90 in the western oil company of South China Sea in Zhanjiang. The meeting was presided over by Gong Zaosheng, deputy director of the Editorial Board. 18 editorial board members attended the meeting, absent 6 for some reason. Before the meeting, Chen Bingqian, deputy general manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and Qin Wencai, former general manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, met with the editorial board and made a speech. They hope to run “China Offshore Oil and Gas” magazine and contribute to the development of science and technology of offshore oil exploration and development.
