目的:观察干扰素联合丹栀逍遥片治疗口腔单纯性疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为2组各48例,对照组给予阿昔洛韦及聚肌胞注射液治疗,治疗组给予干扰素及丹栀逍遥片治疗,观察2组临床疗效及不良反应等。结果:总有效率对照组为83.3%,治疗组为95.8%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。疗程对照组为(12.6±2.2)天,治疗组为(9.4±2.1)天,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。1年内的复发率对照组为31.3%,治疗组为8.33%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合丹栀逍遥片用于治疗口腔单纯性疱疹,具有疗程短、复发率低、有效率高及不良反应少等特点。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of interferon combined with Danzhiliaoao tablet in the treatment of oral herpes simplex. Methods: 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 48 cases, the control group was treated with acyclovir and polymyosine injection, the treatment group was treated with interferon and Danzhi Xiaoyao tablets, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed Wait. Conclusion: Interferon combined with Danzhiluoyao tablets for the treatment of oral herpes simplex, with short course, low recurrence rate, high efficiency and less adverse reactions.
