问:中央关于对台湾通邮的基本方针是什么? 答:台湾回归祖国、完成统一大业,这是我党八十年代乃至九十年代三大任务之一。而要实现这个任务,双方实行“三通”(即通邮、通商、通航)是重要前提。一九七九年元旦,全国人大常委会发表《告台湾同胞书》,提出了“希望双方尽快实现通航通邮”的倡议。一九八○年元旦,邓颖超副委员长在全国政协新年茶会上又指出:“通邮、通商、通航,对祖国大陆和台湾都有好处,我们可以先从通邮开始,互通信息,增进了解,加深感情,沟通联系,打破三十年来的隔绝状态。”一九八一年九
Q: What is the basic guideline of the Central Government on mailing Taiwan? A: Taiwan’s return to the motherland and the accomplishment of its great cause of reunification are one of the three major tasks of our party in the 1980s and 1990s.
