一台有效、快速、电子束相图自动测量装置已在我们实验室设计、加工、安装完毕。利用了单缝-多丝测束方法。由计算机控制,进行数据采集和数据处理,显示出束流相图,算出相面积以及束流强度百分比不同的发射度。并初步研究了电子枪阴极加热电流对电子枪初始发射的影响。
An effective, fast, electron beam phase diagram automatic measuring device has been designed, processed and installed in our laboratory. The use of single-slit - multi-beam beam method. Controlled by a computer, data acquisition and data processing show the beam phase diagram, which calculates the phase area and the degree of beam emission with different percentages of intensity. The effects of the cathode heating current of the electron gun on the initial launch of the electron gun were also studied.
