以氩弧为熔敷热源,在熔敷层中添加Ni基和Fe基自熔合金粉末,利用金相显微镜、硬度计和磨损试验机等仪器设备研究熔敷层的微观组织、硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,混合合金粉末中当Ni60和Fe60配比为6∶4时,熔覆层的硬度提升明显,耐磨性最好。
Argon arc as a heat source for welding, adding Ni-based and Fe-based self-fluxing alloy powder into the cladding layer, and studying the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the deposited layer by means of instruments such as a metallographic microscope, a durometer and a wear tester performance. The results show that the hardness of the coating increases obviously when the ratio of Ni60 to Fe60 is 6: 4, and the wear resistance is the best.
