目的:低温等离子消融前后扁桃体结构的改变,从尔推断扁桃体免疫功能保留情况。方法:选取二头双侧扁桃体3度肥大的家猪,左侧扁桃体进行低温等离子消融,术后半年,观察左侧扁桃体同右侧扁桃体比较缩小的程度,然后摘除双侧扁桃体进行组织切片比较扁桃体结构情况。结果:低温等离子对扁桃体进行消融,使扁桃体由三度缩小到一度,扁桃体的结构没有改变,从而证明保留了扁桃体的免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of amygdala structure before and after low-temperature plasma ablation, and to estimate the preservation of tonsil immune function. Methods: Bilateral triple tonsils were selected to undergo hypertrophy of pigs. The left tonsil was ablated by low temperature plasma. After six months, the left tonsils were compared with the right tonsils. The bilateral tonsils were removed and compared with the histological sections of the tonsils Structure. Results: Low temperature plasma ablation of tonsils, the tonsil shrinking from three degrees to one degree, the structure of the tonsils did not change, thus demonstrating the preservation of the immune function of tonsils.
