语文教学的质量与成效的好坏与语文教师的个人素质有着直接的关系,小学语文也是如此。新课程改革对小学语文教师及学生提出了一系列新的要求,所以作为新时代的小学语文教师也应该与时俱进,树立崇高的职业道德;具备健康的职业心理;掌握好专业知识;具备熟练的教学技能。小学语文教师作为小学教育的主力军,更应该全面提升自身素质,在知识结构上更加注重提高语文素养。
The quality and effectiveness of Chinese teaching is directly related to the personal qualities of Chinese teachers, as is Chinese in primary schools. The new curriculum reform has put forward a series of new requirements for primary Chinese teachers and students. Therefore, as a new-era primary school Chinese teacher, we should keep up with the times and establish a noble professional ethics. We should have a healthy working mentality, master our professional knowledge, Skilled teaching skills.
