[目的]探讨活力源胶囊联合西医治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效。[方法]将56例随机分为两组,对照组输注极化液及奥扎格雷注射液2周,常规基础治疗如抗栓抗凝、降压降脂、他汀药物等。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用活力源胶囊(山东春天药业有限公司出品,每粒装0.19g)口服。1次2粒,1日3次。应用4周后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组临床疗效改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活力源胶囊联合西医治疗病态窦房结综合征疗效显著。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitality source capsule combined with western medicine in treating sick sinus syndrome. [Methods] 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was infused with polar liquid and ozagrel injection for 2 weeks. The conventional basic therapy such as antithrombotic and anticoagulant therapy, blood pressure lowering and lipid lowering, statins and so on. Treatment group in the control group based on the treatment, add vitality capsule (Shandong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Spring produced, each tablet loaded 0.19g) orally. 2 times a day, 3 times a day. After 4 weeks, the curative effect was observed. [Result] The improvement of clinical curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Vitality source capsule combined with western medicine is effective in treating sick sinus syndrome.
