组织专题调研,反映社情民意,是政协履行职能的重要方式。政协组织热点、难点问题调研的首要原则是客观性,即在进行专题调研时,调研组成员应持实事求是的态度,不主观臆断,走马观花或掺杂个人情感因素。但从专题调研的客观现实来看,调研组成员由于重视程度不同,或受到非工作性质的、与被调研对象或单位较为自然的“亲与疏”的情感支配,往往会影响调研工作的深入性、实效性和准确性。本文就调研组成员受情感因素影响而反映出心理现象的情况举例,对导致受影响的成因进行分析,讨论如何克服这一影响以及对克服这一影响的基本原则作简要分析。一、调研组成员在调研过程中受情感因素影响而反映出的心理现象在调研过程的各个阶段,调研组成员受情感因素影响而形成的心理现象,大体有三种情况:调研前的准备性情感心理,调研中的观察性情感心理,调研后的评价性情感心理。(一)调研前的准备性情感心理。调研组成员当得悉某单位或某行业将接受专题调研时,通常对被调研
