本文根据福建省总工会2004年夏天对职业女性建功立业和劳动保障的调查资料,分析女职工特殊权益保护的现状,并对存在的问题进行思考。
According to the investigation data of Fujian Province Federation of Trade Unions in 2004, on the basis of the survey of professional women’s employment and labor security, this paper analyzes the current situation of the protection of the special rights and interests of women workers and their problems.
