目的:探讨超微粉碎对金银花功能性成分影响。方法:取适量金银花均分为2份,分别使用普通粉碎机和超微粉碎机进行粉碎获得药粉,经显微镜观察药粉末的形貌,同时采用分光光度法测定其主要成分的提取得率。结果:超微粉末的粒度小于普通粉末;超微粉碎组总黄酮、总酚类(主要成分)得率显著高于普通粉碎组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金银花粉碎时采用超微粉碎技术能够降低粉末的粒度,提升总黄酮、总酚类物质的提取得率,值得在金银花生产工艺中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of ultrafine pulverization on the functional components of honeysuckle. Methods: The appropriate amount of honeysuckle were divided into two parts, respectively, using ordinary pulverizer and pulverizer pulverized to obtain the powder, the morphology of the drug powder was observed by the microscope, and the extraction rate of the main components was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The particle size of the ultrafine powder was smaller than that of the ordinary powder. The yield of total flavonoids and total phenols (main components) in the ultrafine powder group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary crushed group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The honeysuckle pulverization using ultrafine pulverization technology can reduce the particle size of the powder, increase the extraction yield of total flavonoids and total phenols, which deserves to be popularized and applied in the honeysuckle production process.
