作者采用层析法对银杏花粉进行部分纯化。将各组分对40例变应性鼻炎或/和哮喘患者进行皮试,结合ELISA抑制试验测试其对特异性IgE和IgG的抑制率,阐明各组分具有不同的变应原活性和免疫原活性。为临床应用提出了初步意见。
The authors used chromatography to partially purify ginkgo pollen. Each group of 40 patients with allergic rhinitis or / and asthma skin test, combined with ELISA inhibition test to test its specific IgE and IgG inhibition rate to clarify that each component has different allergen activity and immunogen active. For clinical application made a preliminary opinion.
