近年来,教育惩戒逐渐进入人们的视野,成为教育界讨论的焦点问题之一。在当前教育实践中,由于一些教师本身教育素养不足,以及社会对教育惩戒存在诸多误解等原因,教育惩戒走入放弃惩戒或惩戒不当的困境,造成这一局面不仅仅是因为学校、教师工作的欠缺,更因为整个社会对教育惩戒存在着误解。要想走出当前的困境,首先要认清何为教育惩戒,并且完善教育法规细则,科学制定操作性较强的教育惩戒制度,营造理性的舆论环境。
