我厂工具车间有不少高精度的小孔和高精度的小轴零件需要精密车削。为此,采用双排液体静压轴承改装了一台普通的C616车床,满足了生产的需要。一、双排液体静压轴承的结构特点(见图1所示) 1.主轴的前轴承改成双排液体静压轴承,后轴承仍为原来的滚动轴承。原因是考虑到主轴的受力情况,主辅的回转精度主要取决于前轴承,同时后轴承处的结构对于布置液体静压轴承比较困难。
