目的对东海县城区公办幼儿园儿童进行体格检查,了解其生长发育及营养健康状况,以筛查出发育异常儿童,对其早期干预,保障儿童健康,提高儿童综合素质。方法根据城区三所公办幼儿园在园儿童的“六一”体检结果,综合分析其情况。结果儿童体格发育及营养状况大部分良好,龋齿,肥胖及视力异常发病率较高,各占6.00%,5.07%,及8.00%。结论通过一年一度的六一体检,了解3~6岁在园儿童的生长发育情况并及早采取干预措施,保障儿童健康,保健机构应定期对托幼机构进行卫生保健工作指导。
Objective To conduct physical examination of children in public kindergartens in Donghai county to understand the growth and nutritional status of children and to screen abnormal children with early intervention to ensure the health of children and improve the overall quality of children. Methods According to the “June 1” physical examination results of three kindergartens in urban area, the situation of the patients was analyzed comprehensively. Results The physical development and nutritional status of children were mostly good. The rates of dental caries, obesity and abnormal visual acuity were high, accounting for 6.00%, 5.07% and 8.00% respectively. Conclusions Through the annual medical examination of June 1, we know the growth and development of children aged 3 ~ 6 years in the park and take interventions as early as possible to ensure the health of children. The health care institutions should give regular guidance to child care institutions on health care.
