目的了解2013-2015年江西省女性婚检人群及孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝检测状况。方法收集2013-2015年江西省女性婚检人群接受HIV的检测及孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝检测情况等信息,用描述性分析方法及cochran-armitage趋势检验分析3种疾病的检测率/比例、阳性率及变化趋势。结果 2015年婚检人群HIV检测比例为70.12%,与2013年相比增长率为186.67%,阳性率为6.32/10万,增长率为14.29%,HIV的检测比例呈上升趋势。2015年孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝的检测率分别为97.70%,97.98%与99.20%,与2013年相比增长率分别为9.20%,3.78%与1.95%;2015年3种疾病孕期检测比例分别为63.57%,63.33%与65.37%,增长率分别为31.40%,31.47%与23.53%;3种病的检测率及孕期检测比例均呈上升趋势。2015年孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝表面抗原阳性率分别为10.61/10万,90.57/10万,10.97%,增长率分别为62.73%,26.60%,-1.88%,孕产妇HIV和梅毒阳性率呈上升趋势。结论江西省孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝的孕期检测比例不高,HIV和梅毒的阳性率有上升趋势,要持续推进母婴阻断工作,减少婴儿感染。
Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B in premarital women and pregnant women in Jiangxi Province from 2013 to 2015. Methods The information of HIV-infected women, pre-marital HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B in pregnant women in Jiangxi province was collected from 2013 to 2015. The detection rates and proportions of the three diseases were analyzed by descriptive analysis and cochran-armitage trend test. Positive rate and change trend. Results In 2015, the detection rate of HIV among premarital people was 70.12%, which was 186.67% compared with that of 2013. The positive rate was 6.32 / 100000, the growth rate was 14.29%. The detection rate of HIV was on the rise. The detection rates of maternal HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B in 2015 were 97.70%, 97.98% and 99.20%, respectively, which were 9.20%, 3.78% and 1.95% respectively compared with those in 2013. The detection rates of the three diseases during pregnancy were respectively 63.37%, 63.33% and 65.37%, respectively, with the growth rates of 31.40%, 31.47% and 23.53%, respectively. The detection rates of three diseases and the proportion of pregnancy tests showed an upward trend. The positive rates of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B surface antigen in pregnant women in 2015 were 10.61 / 100000, 90.57 / 100000 and 10.97% respectively, with the growth rates being 62.73%, 26.60% and -1.88% respectively. The positive rates of HIV and syphilis in pregnant women were Upward trend. Conclusions The pregnant women with HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B in Jiangxi Province have a low detection rate during pregnancy and the positive rates of HIV and syphilis are on the rise. It is necessary to continue the work of blocking mother and baby and reduce the incidence of infant infection.
