森林动物广义的是指依赖森林生存的一类动物。在长期的生物进化过程中,森林动物与森林环境形成一个统一的整体,森林生态系统。在这个生态系统中,森林与动物的关系密切错综复杂,森林为动物创造了适宜的居住环境,动物的尸体为森林提供了有机养料。动物在森林中有传播种子的本领,也是森林的忠实卫士。但也有一部分森林动物却给林业生产造成极大的危害。下面谈一些森林动物的益、害情况:
