党的十一届三中全会以来,我站新调整的领导班子,加强了城乡三级卫生防病网的建设,充实健全了卫生防病队伍,增添了新生力量,达到区级卫生院有3～5人的卫生防疫组,各乡有1～2名卫生防疫专职医生。面对人员新,素质差,水平低,经费少的现状,首先举办了为期一年的三期卫生防病培训班和各种类型的短训班,进行基础训练,同时,由县卫生防疫站每年安排一定的经费,统一订购一些业务书刊,加强平时的业务学习,不断提高人员的技术素质。我们自1982年中国公共卫生杂志创刊以来,把它作为各级卫生防病人员必读的业务刊物,全年订阅中国公共卫生杂志三种版本133份,及
