麻疹疫苗为儿童期增强对麻疹免疫力的预防性用药,而银屑病,目前有一种理论,认为系机体免疫功能低下造成表皮角质细胞不平均地过度分裂所致。根据这一理论,我们从国外用活的麻疹疫苗治疗银屑病得到启示,自1980年4月以来,试用冻干减毒麻疹活疫苗对25例银屑病进行了治疗,效果比较满意,现报告如下。病例选择与治疗方法本组25例均为寻常型银屑病,其中13例为进展期,12例为静止期。全部经过其它方法治疗,未见效果。为了便于临床疗效观察,行本法治疗前1周,停止原来所有治疗措施,治疗中不并用辅助药物及方法。一、一般情况:25例中,病程最短的1.5年,最长为11年。临床形态:7例为点滴状,3例为钱币状,2例为地图状皮损,其
