錠子是棉织机上的主要零件,所用的材料一般是滾珠軸承钢(15)。由于我們条件的关系,我們接触到的錠子的材料很繁复,除滾珠軸承钢外,最多的是高碳鋼。高碳鋼錠子經过正确的热处理,同样也能够滿足使用上的要求;不过在淬火时要用比較剧烈的冷却剂,才能达到希望的硬度,这样必然会引起比較大的弯曲变形。我們在长时期的实践中,在这方面积累了一些經驗,現在介紹出来,供各地同志参考。

Due to the conditions of our condition, the material of the spindles we come into contact with is very complicated, with the exception of ball bearing steel, which is mostly carbon steel. High-carbon steel spindles after the correct heat treatment, the same can also meet the requirements of the use; However, quenching the use of more intense coolant, in order to achieve the desired hardness, it will inevitably lead to greater bending deformation. In our long practice, we have accumulated some experience in this respect and are now introduced for reference by comrades all over the country.
