风险是人们日常生活中随时可能遇到的情况,风险无时无处不在我们的身边,现代工程项目规模越来越大,技术越来越复杂,与此同时风险也越来越大。水电工程不同于一般的工程,有一定的特点,水电工程由于规模大,周期长,露天作业多等特点,加上技术含量高,工程质量比一般的工程要求更严格,因此,在项目建设和运营过程中存在很多无法预测的风险,因此风险管理在水电工程项目中尤为重要。
