今年初,胡锦涛同志在中央纪委第六次全体会议上的重要讲话,从加强党的执政能力建设和先进性建设的高度,深刻阐述了新的历史条件下学习贯彻党章的重要性和必要性,提出要始终把学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章作为全党的一项重大任务抓紧抓好,并对深入学习贯彻党章提出了明确要求。这一重要论述,对于我们进一步增强理想信念、牢记党的宗旨、全面加强党的建设具有重要意义。
