为了探讨杨树插穗下端切口不同角度对一般没有溉灌条件的杨树扦插育苗成活及生长的影响,作了初步试验。现将结果报告如下: 一、试验材料及作法试验材料为健壮、无病虫的一年生“美×青”插条苗,选条子的中间部分作插穗。插穗长12厘米、粗1厘米。插穗上端均为平形切口,上切口距第一个芽为1.5厘米。下切口角度分别为平形、60°、45°、30°和尖形(由插穗中间部分直到下端为斜面),共五种类型,(以下简称为平形、60°、45°、30°和尖形),每种200根插穗,都以平形为对照。4月3日剪穗,随剪随砂藏。4月14日垄插。垄底宽70厘米,垄高20厘米,垄面宽20厘米。每垄插两行,株行距各为10厘米。扦插质量要求及田间管理同常规育苗,扦插后从未灌水和追肥。
