本文采用三维大变形弹塑性有限元方法。用LS-DYNA3D软件对盒形件的拉深成形过程进行仿真,针对三种不同形状坯料的仿真结果,分析讨论了坯料外形对盒形件拉深成形性能的影响。
In this paper, three-dimensional large deformation elastoplastic finite element method. The drawing process of box-shaped parts was simulated by LS-DYNA3D software. According to the simulation results of three different shapes of blank, the influence of blank shape on the forming performance of box-shaped parts was analyzed and discussed.
